EAB’s Administrative Financial Sustainability Collaborative will bring a cohort of university partners together to size administrative savings opportunities.
As students increasingly express interest in conducting independent study, many faculty feel they lack the resources to both support students and take on additional teaching responsibilities. Learn how formalizing the independent study review process can uncover inefficiencies, and provide opportunities to take on more meaningful incentives.
