Join us at a Chief of Staff Leadership Virtual Roundtable

This series of virtual meetings will offer chiefs of staff a unique opportunity to brainstorm, network, and troubleshoot with other strategic deputies in a closed-door environment. The meetings in this series will focus on research and tools to help chiefs of staff as they work, this summer and beyond, to ensure the resilience of their institutions in the face of constant and urgent change.

Each meeting will be highly interactive, so that chiefs of staff have the opportunity to have provocative discussions with their peers and practice applying EAB’s newest research. Chiefs of staff are welcome to attend both meetings or either, as their schedules allow. If you’d like to attend both meetings, please make sure you register for each session in the drop down menu in the banner above. In order to foster honest discussion, the sessions will not be recorded for later distribution.

Use the drop down in the banner above to register for one or both of the sessions.

  • How are common crisis thinking pitfalls playing out at your institution?
  • What can chiefs of staff do help redirect from these psychological pitfalls, connecting campus leaders together productively in a time when the tendency might be to further retrench into siloes?
  • Do the assumptions underlying your original institutional strategy still hold up?
  • How can you think ahead and prepare your institution to thrive in a post-pandemic new normal?
  • How can chiefs of staff work with other campus leaders to identify which pre-existing strategies to prioritize–and in which order–while also balancing COVID response and recovery?
  • What can institutions do to stay agile throughout this process and moving forward?
