As independent schools work to address the variety of challenges facing their institutions due to the COVID-19 crisis, EAB is working to quickly identify strategies to help support our partners during these uncertain times.
To support independent school enrollment leaders, EAB is creating small-group cohorts of independent school peers, meeting monthly at regularly scheduled times for EAB to present timely updates on top-of-mind enrollment and financial aid issues, and for peer discussion among enrollment leaders. Due to the fast-moving nature of the COVID-19 crisis, attendees will set the agenda for upcoming meetings on a rolling basis. Potential topics include:
- Ongoing results from EAB’s Enrollment Pulse Survey
- Retention efforts for fall 2020
- Financial assistance strategy
- Building the pipeline for 2021
