EAB Market Insights aims to offer actionable recommendations and guidance to support continuous growth, but some partner approaches are more likely to achieve growth goals than others. Join our experts to learn more about our different project types and how our most successful partners work with our team. We’ll also preview some of the new developments in the Market Insights pipeline.

Session

Expect to review the distinctions among the Market Insights offerings briefly and discuss how our smartest partners approach their requests. For example, partners seeking to expand their portfolio could request Program Feasibility Studies for a dozen possible new program launches, likely taking over a year in total to consider each opportunity and ending that process without having learned what programs their colleagues aren’t thinking about that could have an even greater opportunity to achieve enrollment success. Instead, partners seeking the greatest growth potential in the shortest time start by requesting a Market Opportunity Scan, letting regional need indicate the programs that merit further exploration. After discussing the Market Opportunity Scan among institutional stakeholders, these partners can plan a shorter, prioritized series of Program Feasibility Studies to assess their favorite opportunities and prepare for launch. Similar prioritization efforts can ensure your investments in existing programs also target those with the greatest potential for growth.

A successful portfolio and program development strategy extends beyond external analyses as well – you must collaborate across campus units, integrate community and employer input, and plan for the distant future even while navigating today’s challenges. We’ll share how EAB resources can plug into your process to facilitate the work once you’ve received your Market Insights report.

Lastly, we’re always thinking about what our partners need from us and how we can better support their growth goals. In this session we can highlight some of where we’re experimenting and discuss how that relates to your larger market intelligence strategies.

This session is best suited for Executives of Professional/ Continuing/ Online/Adult Education who are interested in growing their enrollments but have not yet explored EAB’s Market Insights offerings or related resources to achieve that growth. Registration for the session is limited to three attendees per institution so executives can bring their relevant team members.
