Join us for a COVID-19 executive working session for IT leaders
With deep budget cuts expected in FY2021, IT leaders are targeting their vendor portfolio to find cost savings. Recent surveys show that 93% of CIOs are either renegotiating or considering renegotiating their vendor contracts.
EAB is convening a small group of IT leaders to discuss how to assess and rationalize their vendor portfolio to improve costs, while maintaining quality of service to faculty, staff, and students.
Participants will have the chance to share their own ideas, explore how peers are revising their vendor strategies, and help shape and direct EAB research (which will be delivered over the course of summer/fall 2020).
- How to take advantage of the COVID-19 crisis to reform relationships with vendors
- How to measure and monitor vendor performance to drive continuous improvement
- How to identify and sunset redundant technologies in the “new normal”
Sessions are best suited for IT leaders who oversee vendor management. Please limit your registration to only one session.
