Aaron has been with EAB since its inception in 2007. Across the past twelve years, he has played a leading role in creating and launching all of EAB’s research Forums. While primarily focused in the four-year space, Aaron has been on the front lines of EAB’s entry into the community college and K-12 sectors. He also led EAB’s expansion into Canada and remains one of the firm’s leading experts on the Canadian higher education sector.
Prior to joining EAB, Aaron worked as a management consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, leading strategy and process reengineering engagements.
Away from work, Aaron enjoys skiing, hiking, and other travel adventures with his wife and three children.
Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina (magna cum laude), and a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University.
