Alessandra came to EAB after a career in higher education, working in academic advising and leading the development and implementation of campus-wide student success programs. As a Strategic Leader on EAB’s Research Partner Success team, Alessandra partners with institutions across large university systems to support cabinet members on DEIJ strategy, academic and student affairs, financial sustain

Alessandra came to EAB after a career in higher education, working in academic advising and leading the development and implementation of campus-wide student success programs. As a Strategic Leader on EAB’s Research Partner Success team, Alessandra partners with institutions across large university systems to support cabinet members on DEIJ strategy, academic and student affairs, financial sustainability, and enrollment growth.

Outside of work, Alessandra enjoys training for and running half marathons, and it is a goal of hers to eventually run a full marathon. Additionally, she loves to read and is a jigsaw puzzle fanatic!

Education

Alessandra attended Boston College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English with cum laude distinction and a Master of Arts in Higher Education with magna cum laude distinction.
