Christine serves as the day-to-day contact for technical and community colleges who partner with EAB for process improvement, technology implementation, and realization of long-term matriculation, persistence, and completion goals. As a product of public K-12 education from a Texas border city, she is passionate about access to high-quality education, student-centric processes, and professional development and training.
Prior to joining EAB, Christine’s professional history includes work as a high-school English teacher and volleyball coach, a dual credit and community liaison for Northwest Vista College (Alamo Community College District, San Antonio, TX), and a TRiO Student Support Services Tutoring Coordinator for the University of Maryland (College Park, MD). She and her husband enjoy world travel, cooking, and outdoor sports like hiking, sand volleyball, and road cycling.
Education
Christine graduated summa cum laude with her B.A. in English from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. During her time at STUM, she was an oboeist in the university’s concert band and an Honors Program scholar. She also earned her M.P.A. in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
