Background
Devin joined EAB’s Market Insights Team as a Research Associate in May 2021. Prior to joining EAB, Devin worked for the United Nations Foundation as a Policy, Research, and Advocacy intern. In 2021, Devin joined the newly formed organization Black Women in Charge, Inc and serves as the Co-Director for Lobbying and Legislation as well as the Chief Operating Officer.

Education
Devin attended THE Pennsylvania State University as part of the class as 2020, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in political science, global international studies, and Spanish with honors. During her time at Penn State, Devin was very active in her community. She volunteered as a student tour guide, served as a high school mentor, and served as treasurer for multiple organizations, most notably for the Epsilon Gamma chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Devin also studied abroad for a summer abroad in Mexico and a winter abroad in Curacao.
