Emma Coleman Emmer works hard to help colleges and universities achieve their enrollment goals and to help students find institutions where they will be successful and fulfilled. She leverages both deep knowledge of her partners and EAB’s research to collaboratively design and implement bold engagement plans.
Prior to EAB, Emma served as Associate Dean of Admission, Communications and Special Projects at Reed College in Portland, OR and Strategic Initiatives Director at the Southern California College Access Network, a network of over 70 community-based organizations that support students in getting to and through college.
Emma received her Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude, in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University. She received her Master’s in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
