Emma works on the Data and Analytics team at EAB, providing strategic guidance to partners utilizing technology including Edify and Academic Performance Solutions (APS). She loves helping partners develop decision-making processes informed by their own data. She has worked in multiple positions throughout higher education, including admissions, student success, registration, and institutional research. Prior to EAB, Emma was a grant writer, successfully securing funding for a number of non-profit programs supporting homelessness, domestic violence survivors, diabetes and public health education, and more.
Education
Emma completed her doctoral degree in community psychology at Wichita State University with a thesis on a Predictive Retention Model and master’s project on program evaluation for a mentoring program. She also obtained her bachelor's degree from Wichita State, graduating summa cum laude with a major in psychology and minors in Spanish and sociology.
