Erin Scallen serves as a Dedicated Consultant for Academic Performance Solutions (APS) at EAB. In this role, she works closely with members to ensure that the insights shared through the partnership are addressing key questions and helping to support data-informed institutional strategy. Erin brings a dedication to developing a deep understanding of member priorities, and a strong knowledge of how the APS platform can best be utilized to help higher education institutions succeed in their respective goals.

Prior to joining EAB, Erin worked in Los Angeles, California as a Management Consultant at a firm now acquired by West Monroe Partners, and also as a Software Implementation Manager in the healthcare Saas technology space. In her free time she enjoys distance running and travelling to new countries

Education

Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, double majoring in Sociology and Spanish, with a minor in Business-Economics. She also graduated as an honors member of Sigma Delta Pi National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society, and Alpha Kappa Delta International Honors Society of Sociology.
