Jay Bozman is a Strategic Leader at EAB. Within higher education, Jay has worked in admissions, student affairs, advancement, and for two state education policy agencies. Jay has seen firsthand how higher education can impact students both while they are on campus and beyond. He is looking forward to the challenge of working with institutions to solve issues that will ultimately benefit the lives of students. Outside of higher education, Jay has worked in corporate finance and operations management for two Fortune 200 companies.
When not working on behalf of our members, Jay enjoys reading, working out, playing golf, and spending time by the water. Jay likes to support the communities he has been a part of by volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House and Junior Achievement.
Jay earned a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in business administration from High Point University, an MBA from Salisbury University, and an M.Ed. in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University where he received the Dave Jones Award for Excellence in Institutional Advancement.
