Joseph is a highly skilled technical product manager with extensive experience in product management, data engineering, and project management. Currently, he serves as a Principal Technical Product Manager at EAB, where he is responsible for managing the product backlog and prioritizing program increment releases for Edify, a cloud-based data warehouse that offers data integrations, data governance, and analytics.

Joseph has led cross-functional teams comprising of engineers, data engineers, UX researchers, and strategic leaders in developing go-to-market strategies for new features. His efforts have resulted in optimized implementation timelines, improved customer reviews, and stronger stakeholder relationships. Prior to joining EAB, he worked as a Project Manager at SalesWarp, and as a Lead Business Systems Analyst and QA Team Lead at Asia Fusion Technology.

Joseph loves traveling to Asia to visit his family and enjoys taking his two kids to the zoo, where they bond over their shared love of animals.

Education

During his time at Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2012, Joseph pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology with a specialization in Decision Support Systems (DSS). Joseph's coursework in the DSS specialization covered a variety of specialized topics, including information systems, database management, networks, security, and artificial intelligence.
