Kacper Coulter is a senior analyst on the IT Forum. During his time on the team, Kacper’s research has focused on digital transformation initiatives and organizational design principles.
Prior to joining the IT Forum, Kacper served as a research associate, then as a research manager, with EAB’s Continuing and Online Education (COE) Forum. During this time, he authored and managed over 150 custom research reports for COE members. Kacper’s research examined labor market demand trends, program design and marketing strategies, and program development opportunities across fields such as health care, technology, and the liberal arts.
Kacper holds a dual honors degree in law and political science (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin.
