Kurubel Belay is a researcher focused on developing innovative learning experiences for partner institutions. He joined EAB in 2018 where he has supported research for Chief Research Officers and Provosts addressing issues faced by students and faculty.

Education
Kurubel earned a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. He also holds a M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he specialized in multicultural education and pedagogy.
