Rachel began her work with EAB in 2009 and has been serving as Senior Director of Partner Development to Community, Technical and State Colleges since 2015. Her support of Community Colleges calls upon the combined strengths of EAB’s technology, consulting and best practice research to help improve College operational efficiencies, elevate student experience & engagement, boost student enrollment yield, and optimize intervention effectiveness to ultimately improve retention and completion rates.
Across Rachel’s tenure with EAB, she’s worked with about half of our 150+ Community, State and Technical Colleges as they’ve evaluated and selected EAB as their strategic thought and execution partner -through the Community College Executive Forum (CCEF), our SSMS- Navigate, or Academic Performance Solutions (APS). With EAB’s acquisition of YouVisit in early 2020, this expands the manner in which we’re able to add value to our Community College partners- through their patented approach to Immersive Virtual Tours.
Rachel is based out of our Washington, DC office- and lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband, daughter and very large dog. She enjoys cooking & baking, wine tasting, travel and hiking.
Rachel obtained her undergraduate degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, and a concentration in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic State University (Virginia Tech– Go Hokies!)
