Rachel came to EAB from a large research institution in the south. While there, she spent 7 years leading a leadership development and mentoring program for students across multiple disciplines in order to equip them to be the next generation of servant leaders. Through this experience, Rachel fully realized her desire and passion for cultivating relationships with university stakeholders and executives through service and learning opportunities. This passion has carried over to her role as a Strategic Leader with EAB and trickles down to the partners she is honored to serve. When not serving her partners, she is traveling to as many new places and enjoy new experiences, especially local culture and cuisine.
Rachel received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Following her time in Nashville, she returned home to Dallas to complete her Masters in Higher Education Administration from Dallas Baptist University and most recently her PhD with a concentration in Higher Education from the University of North Texas.
