At EAB, Rachel has contributed to the Advancement and K-12 practices. Her main research interests center on educational equity, curriculum, and instruction. Previously, Rachel worked at an international education non-profit where she provided administrative support for three Department of State-sponsored teacher exchange programs. Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from Smith College with highest honors from the Department of Government. She also holds a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
