Rodger Patience is a Director and Faculty Member with EAB’s Technology Team, working with members of the Academic Performance Solutions engagement and the Student Success Collaborative and traveling to campus to introduce prospective members to these analytics and workflow tools. While helping launch Academic Performance Solutions, Rodger has also taught workshops to provosts, deans, and chairs at leading universities and provides guidance to academic leadership teams on change management and data-informed decision making. Rodger brings broad prior experience in health care focused on patient throughput, process improvement, and leading through organizational change.
For a decade before joining EAB, he provided process improvement coaching, business analytics expertise, and management consulting for health system leaders using TeleTracking Technologies’ real-time capacity management solutions. For more than 20 years, Rodger has also served as a bivocational minister in the Episcopal Church. He is today the vicar of Church of the Holy Apostles on the Oneida Indian Reservation near Green Bay, Wisconsin, the oldest Native American ministry in the Episcopal Church.
Rodger is a perennial student, most recently participating in the Bexley Seabury Leadership Institute at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Eastern Illinois University.
