Rujjares joined EAB’s Starfish team in June 2023. She has professional experience in higher education at private and public universities within academic and student affairs. Rujjares served as a Senior Academic Advisor working with 1600+ undergraduate students. Within this role, she also led the New Student Orientation and instructed first-year business school students on professional and personal development to prepare them to be forward-thinking and inclusive business leaders. Additionally, Rujjares served as an Academic Success Coach, working with students on probation, suspension, and at-risk students. During her graduate studies, Rujjares was selected as a United Nations Association fellow and focused on Sustainable Development Goal 4, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.
As a Partner Success Manager, Rujjares supports partners in developing and strategizing plans and best practices to promote student success, improve processes, and help partners reach their institutional goals with a student-centered approach.
Rujjares received her master’s degree in Education and Human Development with an emphasis on International Education and Global Development at the George Washington University. She graduated with magna cum laude honors with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Religious Studies with a minor in African Studies at California State University, Northridge.
