Scott is a member of the Research Advisory Services team which works directly with partners to diagnose the challenges they are facing and identify and advise on practices and strategies for addressing them.
Scott works closely with Chief Business Officers, Presidents, Provosts and their teams –primarily CFOs, CIOs, Heads of Procurement, HR, Facilities, and Research Administration.
He spends his time helping partners identify and advance strategies and tactics across a wide range of issues: process improvement, budget model design, academic efficiency, data governance, project prioritization, organizational design and talent management.
Scott served in the Obama Administration as the Executive Director of the President’s Management Advisory Board, charged with identifying and implementing improvements in operations, efficiency and effectiveness across the federal agencies.
Scott Winslow earned a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. His MBA is from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where he was a Freeman Fellow.
