As Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Simone leads the team that drives EAB’s DEI strategy and partners with senior leaders to embed practices that foster an inclusive work environment and equitable outcomes for emerging talent.
Before joining EAB, Simone built a career serving employees as a Human Resource professional in multiple business sectors for over 15 years. Simone lives in Washington, D.C., having returned to the city of her alma mater.
In her free time, Simone loves to travel, and has a long list of countries she cannot wait to explore.
