As a Senior Director on the research team, Vashae has the opportunity to put her passion for higher education and her commitment to student success to work by leading EAB’s strategic research and institutional strategy work in Enrollment. Most recently, Vashae led the development of the Enrollment Analytics Portfolio, enabling executive teams to consider their own institution’s enrollment strategy amidst the larger complex and dynamic marketplace. Prior to EAB, Vashae served as a devoted student affairs professional, focusing on leadership development of students, professional development of both full-time and para-professional staff, and organizational efficiencies.
Vashae is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. In her spare time, she loves being an avid sports fan and enjoys being a D.C. foodie.
Education
Vashae attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Corporate & Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Mississippi and concluded her formal education journey at the University of Southern Mississippi with a PhD in Human Capital Development.
