Viktoria Guentcheva is a Senior Analyst on the Community College Executive Forum research team. Her work focuses on helping community college leaders create optimal marketing and enrollment strategies. Specifically, she has done research on predictive enrollment analytics, creating audience-based prospect messaging, and auditing the onboarding process. Viktoria has also conducted research on workforce development and employer partnerships, both in the 2-year and 4-year continuing and online education spaces.
In her spare time, Viktoria enjoys discovering new restaurants in DC, searching for the next exciting flight deal, and cheering for the Georgia Dawgs.
Viktoria earned Bachelor’s degrees in History and International Affairs from the University of Georgia. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern History from Queens University Belfast.
