Over the last decade, Virgilio has worked with EAB to design, implement, and monitor robust integrations between transactional and analytic applications to help democratize data on campus and create a data and insight-rich culture. Before his time at EAB, he helped the World Bank evaluate the impact of international educational programs using data-driven M&E practices to determine, regulate and optimize funding and procurement.
Virgilio's work with universities and community colleges is based on a multidisciplinary approach to deliver professional services via agile methodology to seamlessly integrate business processes with reliable data, robust technology, and clear security requirements in service of measurable goals and outcomes. Virgilio thrives in cross-team projects with stakeholders ranging from information technology, business leads, data analysts and scientists, as well as product and finance experts.
Virgilio is an avid rock climber, dedicated cook, happy husband and dog parent.
