Rachel came to EAB from a large research institution in the south. While there, she spent 7 years leading a leadership development and mentoring program for students across multiple disciplines in order to equip them to be the next generation of servant leaders. Through this experience, Rachel fully realized her desire and passion for cultivating relationships with university stakeholders and executives through service and learning opportunities.
Michelle serves as the Managing Director of Team Member Experience within EAB’s talent division.
Sarah Moore Ferris is an Independent Contractor with the EAB Strategic Research Team.
Cara serves as the Chief Talent Officer at EAB.
David serves as the Chief Executive Officer of EAB. David started at EAB’s predecessor, The Advisory Board Company, more than 20 years ago and previously served as its President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
