About Shaun

Shaun Devlin is an analyst for the IT Forum at EAB. Since joining the firm, she has contributed to research studies on a variety of topics in the higher education IT services sector with a special focus on research related to teaching and learning and emerging technologies, such as virtual and augmented reality.

Prior to joining EAB, Shaun earned an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in economics and Spanish from Washington & Lee University. While working toward her Master’s degree, Shaun taught high school Spanish in Prince George’s County, Maryland through Teach for America. She has also worked as a data consultant for Raise DC, an education nonprofit, and was a policy fellow for the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education in Washington, D.C.
