What is “free trial access”?

This feature allows users of EAB.com to access exclusive content that comes from outside their membership portfolio.

What is a token?

Tokens allow you to track how many pieces of free trial access content you will be able to see. In general, you need to spend one token to access one piece of free trial access content. When you arrive at a free trial access page, you can choose whether to spend a token and access the content or return to your previous page without spending a token. All users receive free trial access tokens if they are affiliated with an educational institution and have an EAB.com account. Click here to create an account.

How long does temporary access last?

You will be able to view, print, and download the content for 24 hours. After that, you will need to spend another token to renew your access.

Which content is covered by free trial access?

In general, spending one token will allow you to access one item of free trial access content, such as studies, toolkits, and on-demand webconferences.

However, all users may freely access our Insights content, including the Daily Briefing and blogs, at any time. You do not need to spend a free trial access token to access any Insights content.

I ran out of tokens. What should I do?
