EAB is looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to lead Product Marketing for the Seramount team.

Seramount is a division of EAB dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. Seramount partners with their 450+ corporate clients to move the needle on corporate policy and culture through research, insights and best practices.

The Product Marketing team develops content and strategies to increase brand awareness, create demand, drive sales, and support renewals for our corporate DE&I solutions and products. This includes a variety of activities including developing marketing plans and strategies; thought leadership content such as blog posts, white papers, and infographics; content for webinars; and sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and product narratives.

In addition to a passion for marketing, we are looking for a candidate with knowledge of the DE&I space to guide our messaging and thought leadership—and be positioned as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the market. 

This opportunity is open to remote employees located in the U.S.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shaping Marketing Strategy 
    • Inflects sales and renewals by developing compelling marketing plans based on a deep understanding of buyer journeys and personas; develops creative solutions to challenges facing commercial teams.
    • Develops high-quality, differentiating content that helps Seramount sustain and improve its competitive position in corporate markets.
    • Prioritizes project queue to maximize impact on marketing and sales funnel and new business generation.
  • Creating Content and Thought Leadership
    • Writes, produces, and edits effective thought leadership content that could include blog posts, conference proposals/presentations, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, video testimonials, and more
    • Develops and manages a content calendar based on external research and interviews with internal stakeholders.
    • Interprets complex issues and presents them effectively; adapts style, tone, and word choice to various media and personas.
    • Proactively edits existing collateral and/or scripting to reflect latest market intelligence and industry trends.
    • Achieves high standards of quality, productivity, and timeliness.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Creates and/or edits key sales enablement collateral including but not limited to case studies, executive briefings, reference webinars, pitch decks, scripts, competitive positioning pieces, brochures, executive summaries, website content, and other collateral.
    • Aligns with sales leaders to develop content strategy, prioritize initiatives, develop/finalize deliverables, and launch materials with the sales team.
    • May serve as subject matter expert during select sales visits, partner calls, webinars, and events.
    • Supports the development and refinement of our product positioning and messaging,
    • Collaborates with other groups within marketing and across the firm, such as creative services, PR, research, and events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience
  • Able to clearly and precisely express complex ideas in written and graphical form (PowerPoint); skilled at adapting language, format, and style for various media and audiences
  • Able to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end, working with multiple groups effectively and on multiple projects concurrently
  • Intellectually curious, quick study, creative, attentive to detail, self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Highly developed written, oral, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally to the D.C. office to meet with team members
  • Proven experience in managing a team of direct report(s) to achieve business goals 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Knowledge of the DE&I space specific to corporate policy and practices.
  • Professional experience in product marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, research, or marketing communications
  • Professional experience developing, marketing, selling, or delivering consulting services
