Background
Joshua Ddamulira is a Senior Research Analyst with EAB involved in best practice research studies. Since joining EAB in 2021, his work has focused on DEIJ efforts in K-12 and higher education, including DEIJ plan writing and BIPOC faculty retention. Before joining the firm, Joshua worked as public school teacher and spent time in the education non-profit sector.

Joshua earned a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toledo. He also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Minority in Urban Education from the University of Maryland, College Park.
