Kaitlin is the manager of EAB's K-12 Short-Term Research team, where she manages research projects for both public school districts and independent schools. As a Research Associate, she has completed customized partner-driven AskEAB briefs on topics such as professional learning communities, chronic absenteeism, and SEL, as well as an interview-based custom project on district-run childcare center

Education

Kaitlin graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College with a major in Political Science/International Relations and a minor in European Studies.
