Olivia Rios

Olivia Rios is a Senior Director in EAB’s K-12 division, where she leads research and advises school district leaders on their most pressing strategic challenges. Her research spans topics such as financial sustainability, student behavior, and teacher morale. Across her work, Olivia helps superintendents and their teams translate research into practical strategies that improve student outcomes, strengthen district operations, and prepare for emerging challenges. Prior to joining EAB, Olivia taught English to secondary students in a rural community and conducted research on secondary writing centers.
