Ben Court
Senior Director, Research
Ben Court serves as a Senior Director in the Strategic Research Division at EAB, where he oversees the development of new research and resources to strengthen strategy development and board governance for both higher education and K-12 partner institutions. In addition, Ben manages EAB’s federal policy research team and serves as one of the firm’s leading experts on how policy, demographic, and market forces are reshaping the education landscape from kindergarten through career.
Since joining EAB in 2018, Ben has led large-scale research initiatives on topics including alternative approaches to strategic planning, organizational design, student and staff mental health, and career readiness, and has shared these insights with leaders at more than 50 state and national conferences.
Prior to EAB, he worked in multiple roles across public and private schools in the US and UK, gaining experience in educational leadership, communications, and program management, alongside several years in the classroom.
