Claire Criniti

Claire began her career at EAB in 2019 and currently serves on EAB’s undergraduate enrollment team, Enroll360, where she works with institutions to develop strategies that drive undergraduate enrollment and net tuition revenue. In this role, Claire partners with campus leaders to assess enrollment challenges, define future-state goals, and determine how student-centric recruitment campaigns and platforms can support those objectives. Prior to joining Enroll360, Claire worked within EAB’s research division, partnering with K–12 independent school leaders to identify strategic opportunities and map execution plans to support institutional change.

Before joining EAB, Claire worked as an admissions counselor at a small private college in New York and as a college counselor at an independent high school in Pennsylvania. She has valued the well-rounded view of the enrollment landscape she’s gained from three distinct vantage points over the course of her career.

Claire grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and earned her BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband.
