Key observations from our research 1. Identify the district’s facilities needs prior to launching the facilities master planning process. 2. Top facilities priorities at profiled districts include increasing enrollment capacity and addressing safety concerns. 3. Include the community in the prioritization process to demonstrate commitment to community input. 4. Update the facilities master plan often to account for changing needs of the district. 5.
