Kristen Brittingham

Kristen is a Strategic Leader on EAB’s Student Success Partner Success Team. In this role, Kristen partners with higher education institutions to maximize impact and make data driven decisions aligned with EAB’s Student Success Collaborative goals. Kristen is passionate about supporting institutions as they strive to provide innovative and impactful educational experiences to their students.

Prior to joining EAB, Kristen served as leader in Student Success at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kristen oversaw academic advisor training & professional development, the campus-wide academic early alert program, and various other efforts related to implementation of student success shared best practices. In other roles, Kristen has served as an academic advisor and academic success coach, managed peer learning programs, and supervised financial literacy programs.

In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, and reading.
