EAB's App and Content Admin Onboarding program is designed to set Navigate Application and Content Administrators new to the role up for success. The core of the program are self-study modules that you can find in the Navigate Help Center. Be sure to log in to your Navigate site and the Help Center before clicking the link. Reach out to the Partner Support Team ([email protected]) with any questions.
There are seven modules for Application Administrators and four for Content Administrators. Please review the modules in advance of the live program. Then we’ll come together as a group to review and discuss.
