Katie Brewer
Managing Director, Events
Through her leadership of partner events, internal engagement events, real estate, and office operations, Katie is known for her innovative and creative approach to designing memorable experiences for EAB’s partners and employees. As the Managing Director of Events, Katie leads a team of Event Managers in bringing service excellence to the more than 100 in-person partner events and 600 virtual events hosted each year. Her passion for employee experience coupled with operational excellence has also been key in welcoming employees and guests to EAB offices.
Prior to her current role at EAB, Katie spent more than a decade leading the Advisory Board’s meetings department and introduced the firm’s first in-house run corporate social responsibility program, Community Impact. There she managed the firm’s first-ever Week of Service and Family Day of Service.
When not working, Katie enjoys attending scouting events with her family and planning events for her son’s school.
