Jonathan Deters

Jonathan was a research associate on the short-term K-12 team at EAB before becoming a research analyst for the Insights Team at Seramount, a part of EAB. He has completed customized partner-driven AskEAB briefs on topics such as student success, school safety, and DEIJ, as well as an interview-based custom projects on teacher recruitment and retention strategies, addressing teen vaping, and scaling dual language immersion programs. At Seramount, Jonathan currently works to provide custom and on-demand research on cutting edge topics for members of Chief Diversity Officer Collaborative.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys cooking, pursuing his sommelier certification, and traveling.
