Virtual “Secret Shopper” Enrollment Audit for Community Colleges
Participate in our audit to get recommendations for your community college's student onboarding process from an EAB "secret shopper."
Every year, many community colleges lose over half of all applicants before the semester even begins. Mazes of offices, forms, and new terms can discourage students and delay their progress toward enrollment.
The Virtual “Secret Shopper” Enrollment Audit for Community Colleges helps leaders update their enrollment processes to avoid these pitfalls. As part of the audit, a member of EAB’s team attempts to enroll at your institution as a prospective student. From this experience, the researcher drafts a report that highlights applicants’ most pertinent enrollment problems and provides best-practice solutions to quickly fix those pain points.
What to expect
If you participate in the audit, you’ll receive a customized report providing a third-party perspective on your institution’s onboarding processes, with resources to guide discussion of the results with the appropriate staff or task force on campus. The report will identify the biggest pain points in your virtual enrollment process and provide focused advice and resources to swiftly fix these issues.
