APS Intensive: Make Data-Informed Faculty Line Planning Decisions for FY24-25

Participants will learn how to use the Instructional Staff Capacity Planning dashboard in the Academic Performance Solutions (APS) platform. The dashboard consists of data that can be used to inform faculty line recommendations and decisions for the upcoming academic year.

Session Details

This session will be an interactive working session, during which you will log into your institution’s APS site, explore the data, and complete a worksheet. This is a great opportunity for new APS users and more tenured users looking for a refresher training. Please note that while you will be working with the data in your site, nuanced questions concerning your institution’s particular data will not be addresses and should be directed to your Strategic Leader.

This session is best suited for provosts, associate provosts, deans, associate deans, department chairs, vice presidents, academic affairs, and other individuals responsible for making FY24-25 faculty line requests and/or decisions.
