About Our Past Event

Thank you for participating in EAB’s Financial Performance Collaborative.

You now have the opportunity to register for up to three modules of the Financial Performance Collaborative, based on your institutional priorities and team capacity across the next three months. As a reminder, each module will require an Implementation Leader (IL).

The Implementation Leader will:

  • Attend the module workshop(s)
  • Sign up for 2 office hours with EAB experts, on their own time
  • Lead the charge on driving work forward on your selected modules
  • Attend the final capstone to present a status update, troubleshoot any challenges, and discuss next steps

It will take one Implementation Leader (IL) roughly 30-40 hours of work across 6-8 weeks per module, and you may select a different IL for each module. We recommend that no IL take on more than 2 modules. Please keep that in mind as you consider how many modules to register for.

As Executive Sponsor, you are also welcome to attend any of the modules as your calendar allows, and we highly encourage you to attend the final capstone with your IL.

Registration for each session is limited to three attendees per institution.

To learn more about each module and see recommended Implementation Leader titles; see below.

In this module, you will complete an instructional capacity analysis and surface under-filled classes, small classes, and under-utilized instructional capacity.
