How to use this service

Submit your shop’s org chart to EAB for review by one of our advancement experts, who will offer guidance based on best practices. Together, you’ll reassess current roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures to increase your shop’s ROI.

Within two to four weeks from org chart submission, partners will meet with an EAB expert for a 60-minute call on organizational design best practices and strategic investments. Partners will receive tailored recommendations based on their org chart.
