Duncan McLean

As Senior Vice President of Partner Success, Duncan oversees the strategy and support teams that guide partners engaged in comprehensive Enroll360 partnerships. His team of Managing Directors and Strategic Leaders ensures partners receive exceptional guidance, steady support, and strong program performance. In addition, Duncan plays a key role in shaping the product roadmap for Enroll360’s marketing innovation agenda.
 
Beyond his leadership responsibilities with Enroll360, Duncan dedicates significant time working directly with enrollment leaders across the country to drive strong enrollment outcomes. His emphasis on listening and diagnosing helps ensure each partner is deeply understood and that their Enroll360 portfolio is thoughtfully tailored to their needs.
 
Duncan has spent more than 15 years with EAB, collaborating with hundreds of colleges on their enrollment challenges and aspirations. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his three young children, coaching youth basketball, cheering for the Chicago Cubs, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
 
He earned his BA from the University of Richmond, where he studied Leadership and Marketing and was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team.
