Jen is a Senior Launch Consultant on our Technology Partner Success team. In her current role, she oversees implementations of Navigate360 and Transfer Portal. Jen's focus centers on understanding partner-specific processes, ensuring the delivery of platforms that seamlessly meet their daily campus needs.
Before EAB, Jen worked in higher education and specialized in retention strategies, transition programs, and peer coaching initiatives. Her prior roles encompassed guiding students from admission to graduation, equipping her with invaluable insights that she leverages to support partners today.
Beyond the professional sphere, Jen spends her time with her dog and family exploring all the food and events Richmond, Virginia has to offer.
