Jen Manson, M.Ed.

Jen Manson served in on-campus, student-facing roles for 18 years before joining EAB in 2023 as a Strategic Leader focused on Student Success. Jen has professional experience at small private universities and community colleges in the areas of academic advising, new student orientation, retention, guided pathways, academic standing, early alert, staff training, classroom teaching, and residence life. She supports Starfish partners as they strive to meet institutional goals and improve process efficiencies and strategies that directly impact students’ progress and credential completion. When Jen isn’t hard at work, she can be found traveling, visiting a theme park, reading, or sharing a meal with friends.
