Over the course of their partnership, Pennsylvania State University’s Starfish instance has undergone an evolution from being a baseline tool for academic advisors to being the student success platform that empowers the work of multiple functional areas that support students. Penn State has embraced a highly collaborative approach to leverage Starfish across their multicampus institutions. In this session, campus leaders will share strategies to creatively and sustainably scale a student success technology implementation.
