Jill Maydak

Jill leads EAB’s Research Account Management team and a part of the Research Partner Success division. In her role, she oversees teams that are responsible for delivering exceptional value and service to our partners, in pursuit of long-term, impactful relationships. Jill has spent her decades-long career with EAB in various roles focused on partner service, revenue growth, and product strategy. She is passionate about organizational culture, authentic leadership, process improvement, and business innovation. Along with supporting our partners, Jill has been honored to champion EAB career development and mentoring programs such as Women In Leadership and The EAB Fellowship.

Outside of work, you can find Jill spending time with friends and family, including her husband and two children. She is a volunteer coach and active PTA member, and she enjoys cooking, running, supporting her children’s sports and activities, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
