Alessandra Weiler

Alessandra came to EAB after a career in higher education, working in academic advising and leading the development of campus-wide student success initiatives. As a Director in Research Account Management, Alessandra partners with institutions and systems to support their most pressing strategic priorities. She serves as the senior point of contact for campus executives throughout the partnership renewal process, helping institutions navigate budget and planning considerations, align EAB’s research capabilities to emerging needs, and chart a clear path to sustained value and impact. Alessandra is committed to building strong, consultative relationships and ensuring that partners are equipped with the insights and resources they need to advance their goals.

Outside of work, Alessandra enjoys running and completed her first marathon in 2023. Additionally, she is a proud founder of a book club and loves a good jigsaw puzzle!
